“I upgraded my VPS ($240 odd) due to the current plan not coping, 2 weeks later I cancelled and moved to a dedicated server because the vps just couldnt cut it. Their ’30 day unconditional money back guarantee’ was expected, its been 2 weeks now and my support requests are being ignored. Live support is never online. I am very disappointed. They told me they had no record of me renewing 2 weeks ago so I had to show them the paypal transaction. Still no word. Awful.“

However, when you upgrading from one plan to another plan, its not consider as cancel the old and order the new, its consider as UPGRADED!
