Hostican does not answer their phone. They still advertise 24/7 tech support, but their hours are actually only 9 am to 9 pm. I pay $199 for a dedicated server, but am being treated like a $5/month customer. My site has been down for 12 hrs, and I can’t even get an explanation for why they can’t get me back up and running. Have spent hours trying to get through to no avail.
I depend on my site for my business, and my business begins at 7:30 in the morning. I guess I’ll have to wait until 9 am to maybe wait again on hold and try to reach someone to maybe get my site working once more.
Hostican used to be owned by someone else, and their customer service was excellent. Now these new owners have taken what used to be a good service, and eliminated everything which worked.
