About 10 minutes ago, after i coming back from a nice warm dinner. I receive an email from an online uptime monitoring service, and alert me that the hosticanreview.org which is hosted with hostican hosting is down and can not reach the server. Quickly i rush to check on the site, and its now available. Probably the downtime is less than 10 minutes. Also notice that the website is a little slow compare to previous time. Probably hostican support reboot the server etc that causes the downtime.
I been with hostican hosting for a month now, and its been a very good experience so far. Sign up with $30 hostican discount coupon, this hostican hosting really worth it. So far, this is the first downtime noticed within this month.
If the downtime persist or the site is not up again. Its the best to contact hostican support and forward this issue to their attention. Hopefully they get it solve ASAP. So far i had been email to hostican support and hostican sales support, and experience with them are very satisfying. The question got answer and problem got solved on the spot.
So far, i haven’t have chance to use hostican live chat support. Will wait for next server downtime, catch it, and live chat with support to get the problem identify and solved once and forever
